The liquid can then be naturally drained by the body's lymphatic and urinary system. The device is placed onto the skin, transmitting low-level, pulsating ultrasonic waves. This process of compressing and expanding energy causes shock and pressures the fat cells, which eventually burst and emulsify. Recommended 2 sessions per week for an area 8-10 times per course. Only one area can be treated at the time as more areas treated at once would cause too much stress on the body to eliminate the fat. IS IT SAFE? It is safe and painless treatment. Very little discomfort can be felt due to ultrasound. CONTRAINDICATIONS -Liver disease -Diabetes -Pregnant and lactating woman -Pacemaker/Metal implants/Silicone implants -Blood clotting disease/Vascular veins/Deep vein thrombosis -Scared skin/Wounds in the treatment area -Hyperlipidemia/Hypertension -Tattoo -Dysplastic moles or melanoma -Photosensitive skin -Cancer -Asthma/Eczema/Psoriasis -Abnormal hernia or previous abnormal hernia surgery -Immune system disorders such as lupus, HIV or Aids -Anticoagulant medication AFTERCARE • Drink 1.5-2 litres of water after treatment • 10 minutes of physical exercise after the treatment to stimulate lymphatic system and elimination process. • Healthy diet; avoid fast food. • Treatment is required 2x per week, 8 Times per course. • Avoid heating the treatment area for a minimum of 48 hours after treatment or while heat remains in the skin. This includes physical activity, saunas, hot bath/shower. • No sunbed for 10 days prior and after the treatment. • No caffeine, alcohol and nicotine can’t be used for 24-48 hours. • Apply 30 SPF sunscreen/moisturiser if exposed to the sun after treatment.
